About Us ~

First Presbyterian Church is located in downtown Bradenton, Florida at the corner of Manatee Avenue and 15th Street West.  With a 125 year history, and as the oldest Presbyterian Church on the Gulf Coast we stand at the dawn of an exciting and challenging time in our life as a Christian community.  During our 125 year history we have withstood the pressures of an ever-changing and an ever-more secular society, and stood firm on our Christ-based, Bible-based foundation. The architecture of the church is Spanish Mission style.  The interior of the church consists of a large sanctuary, a chapel, multiple classrooms and outreach rooms. In addition the church has a collection of beautiful stained glass windows that accentuate the spiritual history of our church.
